Torie, what's up, so I am thinking about getting into kick boxing. Any tips on what I can expect? In my high school years I studied a more traditional form of karate. Does kick boxing incorporate forms or one steps? Or is it strictly training for sparing sessions?

your weight trainnings paying of your lifting is pretty impressive. What ab exercises are you doing and what sort of carido? im always keen to learn more of what works for others to try things out myself to find what works s ive jst started out
