A yo-yo dieter for life, my goal is to reach a healthy, ideal place both mentally and physically.
My long term goal is to get to about 115-130 lbs, be in a size 4-6 pant, and still maintain muscle mass and a healthy physique.
I've lost weight the very unhealthy way in the past (ephedrine and starvation) and it came back two-fold as a result. Also, God knows what I did to my heart in the process.
So now I am not setting too strict of a goal because I do not want to be disappointed in myself for not accomplishing it with in a set period of time. To me, fitness is a lifestyle, a journey --- not the destination. I want to be fit and healthy for life!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
20%

I hear ya Tori, in the past I thought I could eat whatever I wanted and look good as long as I was hitting it hard in the gym. But when I changed my entire diet and got smarter about it I saw amazing progress and gains in the gym. Its crazy how much changing what you eat can do. Good luck!

That is great and how about your diet?Everything is going about the same,I just need to up the cardio and leave the popcorn chicken alone, lol, cause I don't it is helping my abs.
Yeah I hear ya! I hate taking those huge pills. So I try to stick to liquid supplements. I have liquid L-Carnitine, Redline concentrate, and using ThinFat as my healthy fats/CLA. I thought I found a liquid pure CLA but I think it got discontinued or something? I found a powder on here but it's so expensive! I really want to add CLA full blown. Maybe you should look into those kind of amino acids and fats to take place of the caffeine type? :)
Oh no! I use RedLine right now which has a lot of caffeine. It does the job for me. It at least wakes me up quick. I don't get jitters or any of the weird stuff some people say they get from RL.
