How I Started:
I've always worked out but never consistently..almost a year now i have been consistent..still taking breaks here and there soley because of busy schedules and other reasons that cant be avoided.
Why I Love It:
i love the gym because it helps clear my mind and basically im very full of self and dont give a **** what anyone thinks...ill look at my self in the mirror every 2 minutes if i can

Hmmmm, I'd eat...a ton of ***good*** foods. Lift well but FORM perfect. Take pics to make sure your symmetry improves with your size & SLEEP LOTS!!! Once you hit about...215, then cut. Most of all, stay patient and persevere, this is a waiting game matey...and time is the only thing between you now...and you later.
