sometimes you dont want to be second best, so you push yourself to the top.

It's an ego boost, it feels healthy, and it makes me feel good.

wanting to look better for myself, being healthier , and basically just trying to get my mind off of everyday stress.

What can I say..... I totally, totally gave up for the past 4 months. I don't know exactly what was going on but I just stopped. Well, Thank God I don't know how I managed to lose about 7 lbs. but I did, maybe it's just because I was eating smaller portions... Who knows... BUT, thanks...
