Hey there. Yeah my training is going pretty good, not as good as it could be but my diet is improving so much (I haven't been bingeing on 10,000 calories before bed haha) which has been something I have been wanting for so long. So I feel so great and can't wait to see the results. I was meant to not be training for 2 weeks because I had stitches in my back but I went running and split most of the stitches :( haha oh well. Gotta love scars. How have you been? How is training?

Well diet has been terrible, which is normal for me haha. I'm starting keto tomorrow, which I am actually really excited about and training is going good, finally starting to enjoy it again. Legs tonight. yay! How about you...... how is your diet and training going?

Hey there, I came to a very very sad realisation today.... I put on a rather large amount of fat and def all fat :(. Completely expected though, its my body saying that it doesn't want to eat 10 000 calories a day, so I'm not going to feed it that much anymore haha. I didn't realise it was that much but anyway.... that means I am def chasing the pain that can be found from lifting! So the progress pics a a fair way off now but I'm very excited to see yours!

Hey there! Well exams went really well :) Except my diet and exercise habits have been terrible. I had a very wild weekend with alot of money spent, junk eaten and alcohol consumed and no exercise :( So I feel pretty yuck. But I guess I will just have to work extra hard for a couple of weeks to get back to where I was. How are things going for you? Are things getting easier?
