How I Started:
Always loved sport. Always been really health conscious. My family are health nuts. I just got sick of being average. Average is YUCK.
Why I Love It:
Not many people have great bodies. They think they do, but they don't. I want to stand out with a killer bod and be admired by others. Also, I love feeling healthy and the pump after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
When people compliment me on my body but I actually think "god, I wish they wouldn't, I can do so much better than how I look now. I'll show them"

I have complete control over my body. What I eat and what I do reflect that. Nobody can stop my progress. I will continue my progress until my goals are met. Then from there I will need to achieve new goals to keep the forward progression of my mind, body, and soul. I motivate myself every day to work out, eat healthy, and live my life to the fullest.

I am actually amazed that I don't weight 150kg with 70% bodyfat the way I have been eating.

Goal (Long):
To be lean with a low body fat percentage with alot of muscle. I want to stand out from the crowd. To also keep my cardio fitness up and just be unbelievably healthy with my diet and lifestyle. To stick to my goals and not just think "oh well, its only one day, I can eat junk" unless its planned no I can't. I want that look where I look like I workout even with a tshirt and jeans on. I want people to be like DAMNNN now that is a great body. I know I can do it and I am so EXCITED about it. No more letting life pass me by without achieving anything. The only hard thing is I will be studying and working for the next four years so it will be a little hard to get all my meals in but I will find a way.
Training is going well. Diet is bloody terrible as usual. I take 1 step forward and 20 backwards. Sugar makes me feel sick with a headache, carbs make me bloated and feel like I am going to burst. I don't know why I keep eating massive quantities of them. When I keep my diet good I can...

Thanks Top5! I've got a skin rash from an allergy at the moment - so there is no public gym for me until I get that sorted out. Since a nasty run-in with my scales on the weekend I've been putting more effort into my diet and exercise and I already can feel the benefits of that. Here's to mastering food!
For the first 3 months or so I just ate nothing but Healthy choice meals and doing cardio(dropped mad weight). Then I started lifting and started eating better(whole foods)and now I'm just fine tunning. Thanks for noticing, you look like your doing well.

Thanks so much for those words - i appreciate it :))))) Iam now trying to stay focused as much as I can - as my show nears - and also - tuna in shakes LOL believe it or not I miss those - I cant have shakes until after comp time - but - I have an idea - tuna in my protein pancake LOL that dont sound so good LOl
