How I Started:
Always loved sport. Always been really health conscious. My family are health nuts. I just got sick of being average. Average is YUCK.
Why I Love It:
Not many people have great bodies. They think they do, but they don't. I want to stand out with a killer bod and be admired by others. Also, I love feeling healthy and the pump after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
When people compliment me on my body but I actually think "god, I wish they wouldn't, I can do so much better than how I look now. I'll show them"

I have complete control over my body. What I eat and what I do reflect that. Nobody can stop my progress. I will continue my progress until my goals are met. Then from there I will need to achieve new goals to keep the forward progression of my mind, body, and soul. I motivate myself every day to work out, eat healthy, and live my life to the fullest.

To control my eating! I don't know why I find it so hard. I've never felt in control of my eating.
Goal (Long):
I have turned vegan.... I love it, but I do have my days when I binge uncontrollably on non vegan foods. This makes me feel terrible. It's not even as though I miss animal products at all. So basically my goal is to stick to my vegan diet. With the training side of things.... I never have an issue working out. It really is just this diet thing that has been holding me back for my whole life. I need to just think ahead just one meal. Just get through the next meal and the next meal.

ha, that sounds like it hurts. Well im glad your doing good. I finally broke down and got a gym membership. I started about 2 months ago. It feels great. So i guess im gonna update my old pics here shortly! haha
