6 kids, you look like this and are complaining? Wow. I think you look great. I know you have goals and want to feel good about yourself, but it shouldn't take long to get that great bod back into shape.
Just make sure that you eat some complexe carbs about 1.5 hrs before weight training and then replenish with fast carbs after training like milk+whey and a fruit or something.
So you ccould say that we are eating with sexy results LOL. Well I uped my carbs to about 170 on training days. And on rest days I'll do the strict 100 g and see my energy with that

yes as long as you eat right and dont take in alot of sweets you dont need a trainer the plan you have will work but try and work your abs 2 times more the you normally do to get rid of bodyfat
