How I Started:
I joined a gym in Worcester MA after finishing my masters degree because I was very out of shape.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of throwing another plate on my bench press. I love to sweat, I love seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I make working out part of my routine. It has become as natural as getting out of bed in the morning, literally. Every morning at 6 I hit the gym. If I can't, I work in a run.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping below 200lbs. I weighed 240 in college. Getting over 300 on my bench press. Dropping below 20% body fat, aiming for 15% at the moment.
