Goal (Long):
I am planning on entering into the SNBF in Atlanta in May. I realize that may seem a long time away, but when you need to grow and burn its not long enough. I have been into fitness since I got my first set of dumbbells made from scrap welded iron. I still have those today and use them as a reminder of when I was a little boy. I carried them half a mile home by foot and watched my veins pop out then. I felt strong and able to punch threw cardboard...lol... But I say that to say this...I will never put the iron down!!! I live everyday as if I was pumping iron...at work, play and other. I vow to help whoever needs or ask of me. I encourage you all to do the same!!! Go Hard or Stay Home!!!
Warmup on the bench is 40 reps with 135. but mostly 10-12 reps

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I try to tell as many people as possible my achievements through the years and how its made me feel. I love the lifestyle and just the challenge of the day to day struggles help push me more!
Hello everybody! I have a question for you all. I wanted to know what would be the best way in becoming a certified Personal Trainer? Any tips or links to information would be greatly appreciated!
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are a true inspiration for so many others, myself included. Keep believing & achieving.
i usually start right in tr right below sunrift and go to where the road comes out at berea middle and turn around and go back..i think all together its like 6 miles..
