Goal (Long):
I am planning on entering into the SNBF in Atlanta this time next year. I realize that may seem a log time away, but when you need to grow and burn its not long enough. I have been into fitness since I got my first set of dumbbells made from scrap welded iron. I still have those today and use them as a reminder of when I was a little boy. I carried them half a mile home by foot and watched my veins pop out then. I felt strong and able to punch threw cardboard...lol... But I say that to say this...I will never put the iron down!!! I live everyday as if I was pumping iron...at work, play and other. I vow to help whoever needs or ask of me. I encourage you all to do the same!!! Go Hard or Stay Home!!!
Warmup on the bench is 40 reps with 135. but mostly 10-12 reps

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I try to tell as many people as possible my achievements through the years and how its made me feel. I love the lifestyle and just the challenge of the day to day struggles help push me more!
