I do a 3 0n 1 off split, working one bodypart per day, with abs and calves trained 3x a week. I do larger muscle groups first and work down to smaller ones.

Not much progress? Ehhh? It takes time TooBigFred. Hey, bad weight gain does not happen quickly. Right? So, losing this will also take time! You can do it with time and proper effort.
