How I Started:
I was semi-athletic in highschool did 2 years of crew was freshman and junior varsity rower. Also did football training but quit before the season started, because i wanted to work instead.I started working out orginally in august of 2007 I did that for 6 months lost about 20 pounds. Then got food poisoning and stopped goin for 6 months. I ended up puting the 20 pounds back on. Now im back in the gym pushing myself harder than i did back in august 07, punishing myself for not going for 6 months and wasting 6 months of my membership.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out cause im a night security guard and it makes me feel more alert in the night. Also when im running on that treadmill its like all my worries and stress are put behind me and im running in a one way tunnel in my own world.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at fitness magazines and reading other peoples weight loss stories. Maybe i can inspire someone when i achieve my big goal.
BB Accomplishments:
Ive been back in the gym for two weeks now and can go a little over 17 mins straight non stop at a 5.0,5.5 on the treadmill.

that was before i started workin out seriously. I had stopped workin out at first in febuary now since october i been back at it. I was about 300 pounds then.
So im back in the gym again after being on the injury list for a whole 4 weeks. I had twisted both my knee and my ankle playing basketball and get this had to happen on ma Birthday. So now im back again lucky i didnt gain any weight i just lost muscle. Right now ma goal is to get down...
ouch that hurts..well im glad your back at the game.. keep it up..im about to log off and get some things done then some shut eye..got to be at the gym at 6am for training..have an awesome nite and keep in touch...
Im okay finally moved to Fort Bragg, NC its sooooo much cheaper hear and my police dept we have are own gym and its so motivating to work out with the swat team lol
