How I Started:
i first started my freshman year in highschool for football. i lifted half ass for the four years in highschool.
then about 5 months after i graduated i started my new job and met my lifting partner tommy. he pretty much talked me into lifting again. the first couple of months i didn't go very hard, then i turned it on about 6 months ago and now im in the best shape of my life and its great!
Why I Love It:
it boosts my confidence and looking good is always a plus. it's a great hobbie!
How I Stay Motivated:
music helps a lot. life situations, basically anything that can affect my feelings i can turn into motavation to lift. also its become my biggest hobbie.
BB Accomplishments:
getting back into it after taking half a year off after highchool. i lost about 35 lbs after gaining almost 40 after graduation. now im toaning it out.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
mostly pulled muscles, time off is the best way to recover. also i seperated the a/c joint in my shoulder playing football, that sidelined me from the gym for a while.
