Yea I am in the OBF Fantastic fall contest, Gain alot of weight but was lifting heavy every workout. I plan on cutting as much weight as I can next 12 weeks. How are you?

Cardio SUCKS!!!!!!! I did arms today and 30 mins on the cross trainer going to do Kettle Bell tonight.

Yes I am training very hard right know. I added Krav Maga 3 night a week to help with cardio. How are you doing? I hope you are getting better.

I would have to say both, cuts is a great aid but if you don't bust ass it aint going to happen. If you start feeling weak and M-stack to the 2nd cycle. it works great.

what made it hard for me was the empty feeling and having zero appetite. but it works hands down.

one more thing drink alot of water, like 1 1/2 gallons a day. By day 3 of the cuts you should start pissing like a race horse, I am mean you can't even hold it in, so if you feel like you got to go you better find a restroom quick.

I have done 2 cycles of the cuts at differnt times, works great. For me it was hard to finish a cycle. your mucle definition is going to be crazy. just do not stop lifting, add cardio. And how can you come to San Antonio and not say anything. Talk to you later. It is so cool that you are on the Animal line.
