Hey there! I really enjoy this site! I am looking forward to trimming down and strengthening up my upper body so I am evened out! I have been hitting the gym twice a day and just started taking yoga and spin classes to give me some variety! How are your workouts going??

I realized you lived there when I got back. Fail. I'll make another trip, I'm still here for about 6 weeks. I have been pissing like crazy. What did you notice about the week between cycles? Why was it hard for you to go more than 2?
