How I Started:
I was doing meager exercises, nothing big when I discovered this site. I changed my workout(if you can even call my previous exercise as a workout), and started bulking.
Why I Love It:
Because it gives me a lot of self confidence, and allows me to be prepared if anyone confronts me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Progress pictures, bb.com, motivational quotes, and that extra weight that "wasn't there last time."
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, hope to fill this box in the future.

To kick off the week we’re going to hit chest, biceps and forearms. It’s a good idea to switch the first 2 exercises in this routine (dumbbell bench and barbell bench) each week to promote good upper chest development.
