Training is going well, I've set a couple goals for 100 days and 160 so I just keep focused! My calorie cutting is making me cranky, though! Keep up the amazing work...do work!

I increase my calories, proteins, carbs, fats and train heavier with no cardio. I have to cut the cardio out completely, because what you see now is me with only doing cardio MAYBE once or twice a week. I lean out quickly. Therefore, when I do cardio when I'm trying to add mass, all I'm doing is taxing my body, and it's counter-productive.
