Goal (Short): Ok I went on a crusie. i have gotten out of routine and I am getting sick of it. I need the metal!!! i need the gym in my life!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Goal (Long): I Have been able to tell muscle growth. I want o get my fat down a great % and start to be able to see my muscles.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 40 lb

thanks for the comment. I've been out of the gym for 6 weeks, broke my two forearm bones, getting cast off Monday, can't wait to return to the gym.

If you are really serious about losing weight and getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen
