Hi Gina. Thanks for the add. I am impressed that you remembered our conversation about me competing on the 13th. Unfortunately, since I was away in the States and did not arrive until the day of the competition, my wife and I agreed that jet-lag and competing did not mix. So I will just have to wait until next time! Take care and thanks again.

Sorry for the late response my friend. Training is going somewhat well. I am getting leaner but losing muscle size at the same time and that bothers me. However, I will remain diligent. I've decreased my cardio and that has helped significantly. How about you?

I absolutely love Germany and will hate leaving when my time comes. However, since it is almost impossible to find a job in my hometown, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, I would choose northern VA over any place else. But if I had my choice, Germany would be it.

Tried to get back in the gym today, but my chest is still congested. One of my folks suggested that I get back in bed since I could barley breath...lol I plan on bouncing back by Thrusday...regardless!

Hi Buttandlegs. I am an HR Manager working for the U.S. Military here in beautiful Heidelberg, Germany. How do you like D.C.? Lived and worked there prior to coming to Heidelberg, this time around...worked on Ft. Belvoir. I love the area...expensive, but nice.
