I've always been interested in fitness and Bodybuilding. However, I never really decided to get serious until last November when I noticed that my pics from Key West revealed a gut that would make a Smiling Buddah envious. I started with the Zero Impact Diet and was successful in losing over 30 pounds. Unfortunately, due to a serious shoulder injury, I could not start working out seriously until just recently, about 6 months ago.
Why I Love It:
I love working it out because it give me a high that cannot be compared to anything else. And nothing besides sex compares to the feeling of a good pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading all my publications, and most of all, shopping. Yes, shopping for new clothes makes me motivated to work-out.
BB Accomplishments:
December 22, 2008 - Attained Certified Personal Trainer (AFFA) status today!!! Helluva early X-Mas present...
May 17, 2008 - I entered my first ever physique contest in Mannheim, Germany. I was fortunate enough to place 2nd. It was a huge learning experience for me. Although my intention was purely to see how far I can get my body by that date, entering the contest has had a huge impact on me and I am seriously considering fine-tuning based on my observations, and entering another contest in August. My family, friends, AND fellow-competitors made it all a great experience!
I want to transform my body into a lean machine. I want to look as good without a shirt as I do with.
Goal (Long):
I got through my first contest with the help of a few good old friends and a couple of new ones. What a f'ing rush. I am now setting my sights on August....that's if they have a physique category.
Weight Goal:
Bodyfat Goal:
4%
Upcoming Contest:
U.S. Forces Bodybuilding Contest - Stuttgart, Germany

Hello my friend and trainer:). Danke for the SOO very nice comment! Glad that you all had a great time at the blues concert. Would have loved to be there, but went skiing for a few days. Ich wuensche Dir einen Guten Rutsch!:))
Hi Tony, thank you very much for your kind comments and ratings to my pictures. Yes, I was lucky to find someone who could capture me for who I am. Have a great weekend! ~V~
Hi Tony, yeah sometimes we have to sacrifice size to get definition.. but you can do a slow clean bulk and add more lean muscle that way. I need to follow your cardio example! LOL
