Right now I'm 5'6" at 140lbs and looking to be at 160lbs in a year. I've created a very specific 53 week program that involves a lot of zig zag approach. I want to gain mass while keeping my body fat very low, so somedays I eat a lot and workout harder. Other days I will work on cardio and higher rep resistance training.
