My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
I like to lift early to mid day, somewhere in between 11-4 PM. That's the time of day where i find i have the most energy.
Just started up a new routine, inspried by Greg Plitt. I do a 6 day split.
Starting with Chest, then back, shoulders, arms, and finally legs, then rest day. I do an ab circuit 2-3 of those days at the end of my workout and on one of those days i do weighted ab exercises.

Reaching a goal you set for yourself is the best feeling. You can look back and look at all the hard work you put into achieving that goal.
Greg Plitt is a huge motivation to me, along with my buddies that are into fitness just like i am. I have a notebook where i log all of my workouts everday. Didn't start until last September of 2011, but it's a good feeling to look back through the pages and know that you did all of those sets/reps, along with the rest and nutrition side of it yields what you look like currently.
