Reaching a goal you set for yourself is the best feeling. You can look back and look at all the hard work you put into achieving that goal.
Greg Plitt is a huge motivation to me, along with my buddies that are into fitness just like i am. I have a notebook where i log all of my workouts everday. Didn't start until last September of 2011, but it's a good feeling to look back through the pages and know that you did all of those sets/reps, along with the rest and nutrition side of it yields what you look like currently.
