How I Started:
I first started working out trying to develop a routine. I knew staying consistent was key for me and I just needed to develop a habit. The addicting part came once I could actually see results
Why I Love It:
I love it mainly for keeping me healthy and strong. I don't do it for other people, I simply do it for myself. I enjoy life and every aspect and I think it's important for everyone to take pride in their body and keeping themselves fit and healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
I am very hard on myself and never seem to feel like I reach my full potential. Every day I work out, is another day I try to push myself harder than the last time. For me, if I don't notice a difference, I need to try harder. Every day I fight that battle lol
BB Accomplishments:
Getting past the numbers. I had a hard time getting past my weight in bench. I simply couldn't fathom the idea that I was able to push more than my body weight. One I saw the weights as nothing more than numbers, my bench (and all other aspects of lifting) increased dramatically.

Goal (Long):
For my whole life, I have always been in the background. Either I was too skinny, too short, etc. All I wanted was to have something most didn't. Now I'm addicted and once I reach one goal, I immediately have to make another. Constantly searching for results and new ways to grow as a person.

When I started out, I would cut my workouts short because I was intimidated by those who could lift more than I could. Those who don't do the technique correctly and try to act like they are the next Mr. Olympia

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Gym shorts and a cutoff shirt. That's what is comfortable and doesn't get in the way of my iPod
