Workout Program:
I lift 5 days straight, then take 1 day off. This allows me the maximum time to workout AROUND my work schedule and minimizes any chance of interruptions.

Currently, my split is as follows:

Day 1: Chest & Forearms
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Arms
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: OFF
REPEAT

I like to use moderate volume sets and reps, usually sticking with the 8-10 rep range in all but my last set for all exercises. My last set is always full out until I need a spot, at which point I stop. (I do not believe in multiple forced reps on a regular basis)
