I lift 5 days straight, then take 1 day off. This allows me the maximum time to workout AROUND my work schedule and minimizes any chance of interruptions.
Currently, my split is as follows:
Day 1: Chest & Forearms
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Arms
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: OFF
REPEAT
i am new to this site . can u tell me how many eggs should i take in one day to fulfill my protein requirement? shud i hav raw eggs or shud i boiled them. my body weight is 64 kgs and my height is 5'8 . i m a vegetarian but i hav started eatings eggs . i hav jus joined gym b4 3 months . can u recommend me which is the best supplement for a beginner i want to gain muscle.wat do u eat ? for those big biceps wat training sud i do plz recommend me some exercise. hope u dont mind bro .ciao
