How I Started:
I quit smoking ciggarettes and decided to replace it with a healthier habit.
Why I Love It:
It is a postive and challenging practice for my life. I feel better about myself each time I reach a goal, or I feel sexy in my skin.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep friends around me who are into fitness. I read fitness magazines. I keep little reminders everywhere.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping to 135. Being able to curl 20 lbs. Running 2 miles.

Spring Break 2007 My first beach body photo of 2008
This is a pic when I was a cardio queen. I was smoking and eating alot of junk, but doing an hour of cardio a day!
I still wanting to loose some body fat, but looking much better than last years beach photos

Goal (Long):
I really want to drop my body fat. I want to feel beautiful in my skin. I want to get out on my wakeboard without feeling self concious in my bathing suit. I would really like to ultimately be 125 pounds with 20% bodyfat and eat 90% clean. That is my goal I can achieve with full dedication.

I want to LOSE 15 lb

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Sometimes, only on really slow days, I will drink Diet Turbo Tea. It is very energizing and has 0 calories.
