Overall Goal: Add three one-hour cardio sessions to my regular workout routines. Be more mindful of fat intake like peanut butter and other nuts. Rotating Push-Pull workout one week and Single Body part workout the next.

How I Started:
I quit smoking ciggarettes and decided to replace it with a healthier habit.
Why I Love It:
It is a postive and challenging practice for my life. I feel better about myself each time I reach a goal, or I feel sexy in my skin.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep friends around me who are into fitness. I read fitness magazines. I keep little reminders everywhere.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping to 135. Being able to curl 20 lbs. Running 2 miles.

Goal (Long):
I really want to drop my body fat. I want to feel beautiful in my skin. I want to get out on my wakeboard without feeling self concious in my bathing suit. I would really like to ultimately be 125 pounds with 20% bodyfat and eat 90% clean. That is my goal I can achieve with full dedication.
