Ultrabodies 2006 Arnold Classic 2008
Before first show
I did not do too well at this show and its my own fault cause the diet went all wrong...plus other issues that affected my mental and physical state and presentation that day. Overall, it was an amazing experience and a humbling one to compete on that stage with national level competitors as an amateur FBB'r. I learned a lot about myself, the sport on a whole different level and what it takes to really stand up to real competition of this caliber. It proved Im not ready and I have loads of work to do, starting with gaining solid size and staying hard. Keto is not for me, as you can see by new pics I posted that once I started carbing up post show, my body hardened up and filled out. Keto is not for everyone and this show was not the right show to test try a new diet for the first time, so that was my mistake number one. Live and learn, Im a bit pissed at myself, but overall the learning experience I got from prepping and competing in this show is far more rewarding. Now, Toni's bulk is really on!
