Current Supplements:
Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 2 Lbs., Rocky Road
Started: Jan 01, 2004
Reason: Low fat and low carbs...good taste..highly recommended
Universal Animal Snak Bars, Box Of 16, Chocolate Peanut Crunch
Started: Nov 01, 2006
Reason: These are just delicious and good for you..low in saturated fats...good carbs too. I always eat one in the middle of my workout.
Universal Animal Pump, 30 Packs
Started: Nov 01, 2006
Reason: Great creatine formula! Great for building strength, great pumps, and recovery. I really like this product. Animal Cuts is also fantastic to use when leaning out. I have not tried the Nitro yet..but I heard that it is another great product for supplying essential aminos and helping to maintain lean muscle and promote growth hormone.
Chef Jay's Tri-O-Plex Bars, 12 - 118g Bars, PB Choc. Chip
Started: Nov 01, 2006
Reason: Any of Chef Jay's bars are amazing. They are good for you, wholesome, good fats, low in saturated fats (depending on which bar you choose, but most are fine). Good carbs and some fiber too. My favorites are the cinnamon raisin roll and the peanut butter chocolate chip. You will not regret these bars...very filling and satisfying, at least I think so.
Universal Shock Therapy, 2.22 Lbs., Wild Punch Kicker
Started: Jan 01, 2007
Reason: I was using No-Explode by BSN and have now switched to this product. They are both along the same type of product. I find so far, the shock therapy gives me a faster pump than the No-explode but this could be due to the fact I just switched Nitric Oxide products and my body is responding to this new formula.

I think its fine to stick with a product you know you like but on that same note, your body may get used to it over too long a time so it is good to switch up and try new things.
Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure, 3 Lbs., Cookies & Cream
Started: Jan 01, 2007
Reason: I always liked Isopure 0 carb protein drinks..preferably the pre-made ones in the glass bottles. This one is ok...chocolate and vanilla are better along with some of the fruity ones. They do mix super easy just that they are thin. If you would rather have a thicker, heartier shake, just add some banana to it..but there goes the idea of zero carbs. Not a bad protein powder overall...just thin when mixes with water or skim milk.
Universal Storm, 80 Servings, Fruit Punch

Reason: Perfect for when on a cutting diet/pre-contest
Universal Animal Nitro, 44 Packs

Reason: Excellent for pre or post wo. It is a perfect blend of aminos used to transport nutrients to working muscles, helps you to recover more quickly, and to build and maintain lean muscle mass.
Universal Uni-Liver, 500 Tablets
Started: Mar 01, 2007
Reason: A nutritionally dense amino acid formula containing the highest of quality nutrients including vitamins A, C, D, E, K and B vitamins. Its a rich source of iron and is dervided from the highest quality, grass fed argentine beef. High in protein as well.
VPX Muscle Nitrous, 240mL
Started: Apr 05, 2007
Reason: always great pumps off this and its fast acting...great stuff.
Universal Natural Sterol Complex, 180 Tablets
Started: Jun 24, 2007
Reason: Im trying this with M-stak in place of Stak 2 just for a variety. Great stack...takes a bit longer for the sterol complex to work through your system than the Stak 2...but the sterol complex is a great supp!
Universal Animal M-Stak, 21 Paks

Universal Animal Stak, 21 Paks

Started: Jul 01, 2007
Reason: This protein powder tastes fantastic!
IDS Multi-Pro Whey, 2 Lbs., Vanilla Cinnamon
Started: Jul 01, 2007
Reason: I like to mix a scoop each of 2 different flavored protein powders. This one is really nice on its own too..its a thin consistency so it mixes really well. It has some bite from the cinnamon too. The jug lasts a long time and its a great proce for the amount you get. Good stuff.
Universal Zero G, 60 Capsules

Reason:
