I do vary my whey..I always use whey isolate. Right niow with dieting for the show, I stick to very low carb/low fat versions and whey isolate really shouldnt have anything in it but the protein anyway. Im lovin the muscle gauge ones..ice cream sandwich is awesome. Universals iso whey flavors r good too, but limited in variety of flavors.

thank you. my training is always intense and I give it all that I have even when i feel nothing is left..I dig deep and find a way to push through. Endure and persist..words I live by in and outside the gym.
