How I Started: I dated an amateur bodybuilder and that is how I discovered my hidden passion for the sport of bodybuilding.
Why I Love It: I love how it makes me feel; I love to challenge myself physically; I love the discipline and regimen when preparing for a show; I love how inspirational a good pump is. I also love that feeling of exhaustion when I am finished with my workouts, this invigorates me.
How I Stay Motivated: A will and desire to succeed and be the best I can be is what motivates me. I strive to improve and always find new ways to keep it interesting if things become a bit monotanous.
BB Accomplishments: I have competed in 4 shows now. The June 2006 Ultrabodies in the UK, Oct 2006 U.S. Armed Forces Europe Bodybuilding Competition sponsored by WNBF/INBF. I won both lightweight and overall classes in both shows and earned my pro card as a Natural Female BB'r.
I won my weightclass at the June 2007 Bev Francis Atlantic States in NYC this past June. This is a huge accomplishment for me and only drives me to improve on my physqiue for my next and upcoming show the end of this year!

Goal (Long): My goal is to compete on a National level as a natural female BB'r and then to go for the gold at the Arnold Classic 2009. My main focus is bringing up my legs and adding some density to my frame. The remainder of this year is all about powerbuilding for me. Combining powerlifting and Bodybuilding into one training style...best of both worlds right there! Toni is getting her shit together! Just wait and see what I can do!

Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?

I stay in a fat burn zone always...no more than 130, no less than 120.

I dont have a plan..i just hit 35min after lifting 5x a week to maintain cardiovascular conditioning.

Well, look on the bright side, you won't have to deal with tunnel and bridge backups all the time (unless you have to go into the island alot.... then disregard). Other than the usual hassle that goes with moving, how've you been doing lately?

Thanks, Toni! I sooooo appreciate that! I will stay in touch :) I dunno; I can't decide about doin a show... we'll see. I read on Animal's site that staking both together is good b/c they do 2 different things. I'm basically trying them both out in hopes that they will help retain muscle and perhaps if I'm lucky add a small amount while I cut. I plan on trying them in a few months again when I'm trying to put on muscle again.
