How I Started: ...I was tired of being scrawny...so I got a job at a gym and worked out all the time.
Why I Love It: Makes me feel better about myself.

Since I've joined BodyBuilding.Com  I've been paying a bit more about my physical appearance, and have started monitoring my caloric intake a little more.  I'm naturally an active individual with some good genes...but I simply don't eat enough food; I eat well, just not often enough.  So...

well honestly im not exactly sure but i think sweet potatoes have like natural sugar and a yam it artificially sweetened and has more sugar which obviously is not good for u.
