I would like to have my chest bigger than my midsection before my youngest daughter's first birthday, May 2, 2008.
Goal (Long):
All my life I have always wanted a body I could be proud of. I would like to have well defined chest, arms, legs and for the first time in my life to actually have a 6 pack. have 12% body fat and actually feel good about myself. This time to actually stick to regimen that will get me to this goal!
It has been a while since I have posted. I have had personal issues that have set me back. This coming up week I am going to get back into the routine. And get back on my Journey to a better lifestyle.
Tony where are you? You better not be slacking. I live close enough to come give you a real kick in the butt. LOL Seriously hope all is well. Remember your health is a priority.
It is a 12 week body makeover program that gives you a nutrition guide along with a cardio and weight lifting routine. Check it out on the Internet at BodyforLife.com and see if you like what the program is all about. Let me know what you think.
I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. I recommend that you combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan as you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program and had great results, you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. Give me a yell if you wish.
I'm still here. Haven't had a chance to update my Bodyspace, been spending the weekend with the family and actually taking time off from slightly injuring my lower legs from a jump rope workout last week. Praise God I'm back in the gym now.
Be blessed, FIT4C
Thank you for being so supportive. I was stopping by to offer a little encouragement on your path to fit but couldnt help but add my appreciation for your continous support.
Slow. Last night was my first night back in the gym since tuesday of last week. I have been so busy that It has taken a back seat. I am about to do cardio this morning though. Good luck with discipline, and if I don' t get back on the site before, Merry Christmas
Thanks for the blog comment. Mostly six times a day. high Protien moderate carbs. Moderate fat. Supplementing CLA and Fish oil fats. I am working out at night then having a big chicken breast with vegies. then just sipping on Protien shakes for the rest of the night. Later.
When I am sick I can usually eat like a horse with out gaining any weight. I think my body is working hard to heal. Anyway hope you are feeling better this week and am ready to hit the plates. Good luck.

I am back on track now. Rough couple of weeks. I am very excited about the contest. It will be very motivational. Wish you continued success on your journey.
