It's going ok. I strained my supraspinatus(shoulder muscle) so I have not been working as hard. But I'm about to turn it up in the near future. How are things going with you? You lookin real good right now!

You can do it, and dont let anyone tell you you cant. I have a friend who loss 350lbs and she looks and feels good. Just be consistent and eat right. Eat Half now and the other half two hours later. Holla if you need anything!

Congrats on your Gym. Crosfit is the best. Thats how I loss all of the fat I was packing around. You are right about being converted. I will never go back to regular "Workouts" "Workouts" are weak. Crossfit is the truth. I'll be praying that your Crossfit SLA is a success. May God's blessings be with you!

Trying to eat right, no red meat, only lean turkey and chicken. Crossfit w/o twice a week, and hevy lifting twice a week.
