thnx for the add man! main setup is 3 sets of 12 for all body parts. levels of resistance go up later in sets and i rotate week to week on dumbells, barbel and cables, cardio i typically do 20min @65% and i eat a lot of tuna,pasta,eggs& egg whites as of lately and everything i buy is either lowfat or nonfat. try to watch sugar intake and carbs and try to eat as much as i can when i can. anymore details you need you can always hit me up man.

Low carb six days a week, and cheat on the seventh...all over a three month period. I typically lose 25-30 pounds over that 3 month period and go from 18% BF down to 10% BF. Low-carb for me is the only way that has ever worked, and the catch is that you have to really bump the calories on day 7. What're you doing now?
