I want to loose 15 lbs in the next 6 months and have a perfect beach body this summer (3 months).
Goal (Long):
I have never had a problem with my weight and body fat until I turned 30 years old. Once I turned 30 I went from 130 lbs to 165. I have gained 20 lbs in the last 12 months. I want to have a flat belly, A round but and theighs with no celulite. I look great in my clothes but once they come off I look horrible with a rumply bumply theighs. My arms are getting big and I want them to be toned and nice so I can fit into the sleeve of my shirts I used to wear at 130 lbs. I want to be 130 lbs with very little body fat. I know I can make significant progress in 3 months and major progress in 6 months.

I want to LOSE 35 lb
