How I Started:
I always wanted to get in shape and finally took the initiative.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling I get after working out. It's easier for me to carry daily tasks without feeling fatigued. Being able to lift groceries without struggling. Taking my dog for a jog without running out of breath. Watching the change in the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
I imagine how I'll look in a few months. I plan to look fantastic in a bikini next summer. Working out with my partner keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Not yet! I want to participate in swimsuit/figure competition.

thanks, your pics looking very good too, you must be working out alot. my progress is really slow but its alright :) . Im a poor as student now and can't afford the awesome protein drinks etc.. i miss them lol. Sorry for big delay in replying I dont come on very often :(

I took off last week because I wasn't feeling well. I've changed my workout again. no more barbell bench presses, squats, deadlifts, barbell rows for a while. I'm swallowing my pride and going straight pretty boy to get the body I want. Then maybe I can get more compliments at the mall... FROM WOMEN!!!
