how the hell did you determine you are 13% body fat? you are deep into the single digits. 7% is a lot closer than 13%. seriously....not sure what method of testing you are using but it's way off.

Whoa I just read one of your body blogs. I too am in the program! My sobriety date is January 29th of 2006! That's unbelievable that you have 6 years. I think sobriety and physical fitness go hand-in-hand. Working out is like a spiritual thing for me.
