Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use bodybuilding.com trackings journal. I love to see the improvements.
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pro is alot of different equipment. Con is sometimes have to wait for machines.

Whats up Kiddo? Glad you came back. I guess you had to get that schooling in check. Its all good. I been great. Yes mad some gains and built up some stamina from the calis.
