still not great just yet. but over the next couple of weeks i plan to really up my motivation and keep going to the gym often. i probably should updat my pics, i dont realy look like that anymore. bigger, but a higher percentage body fat also.

i dont do as much as i should do. not anymore. i did alot of jogging and running. when it comes to losing body fat i find that these are the best. oh, and skipping. skipping is good, especially with a weighted rope.
