Monday- Back and Chest

Each gym session is about 1 hour long. plus i often go for a gentle swim after the gym to cool off.

Hi Tom, I can relate to that but I have found the best to do is to just go to the gym even when you don't feel like it. If you stop going for say a week or two, then it gets really difficult to keep it up. I find that when I go to the gym and look at other people, it motivates me because I see others trying hard. me and a mate of mine, who is also a gymnast always hit our abs together, we do one main exercise that we never miss, we call them bench leg raises (sylvestor stallone does them in rocky 4 when his trainers shouting no pain!) but we done them at bit more intense by giving the bench an incline so that we can really stretch out legs at the bottom without touching the floor, apart from that i do sit ups, and machine crunches mostly!
