Overall Goal: I am totally under weight and have been all my life. The only time I had good weight gain was after my military training. I want to not only want to add mass but would like to be able to run 2 miles without problems.

yea, i dont think its that bad. if you've been 150 without a lot of work on the diet (bulking) then you should be able to get there again. i havent weighed myself in a while, not sure where im at now.
Yea, I am quite unique;) when I was on my crazy bulk i really wasn't feeling very good, i think it was all the red meat and/or toxicity/pesticides or other crap in the food. thanks for the comment, best of luck to you too
