damn i know my uncle uses golds its like 700 a month but threw his work he gets it for 365 a year so thats a dollar a day haha lucky bastard im with my home gym stuff nothign to pe impressed with though

that would be cool to compete if i had the time and money to compete i would i would just need to get a lower bf% and a little bigger in my back lats mostly and a little more proportionate with my legs

thanks man , the training is going good i have to be 189 for wrestling to i took this period to do a cut its going good i havent been having as much of a chance to hit the weights but im retaining most of my strenth ths link is not comming up what one is it the last one?
