How I Started: I have always worked out off an on, but now I have become serious about it.
Why I Love It: The pump I get when I am listening to some hard pounding music and the lifting just seems to get easier and easier.

     I recently took a not so brief Hiatus from the gym. I could go in to details of how I had family in town, crazy at work, etc etc, but it really comes down to a drop in motivation. I am working out again and I have some Great news. I have been accepted in to the Colorado Army National...

My workout plan has no specific order really, I just try to workout each group at least once a week. I am constantly changing and updating my workout plan. The day after I post this it will probably have changed. I know that I need to add some serious multi-muscle group exercises...

Doing really well actually! I love to party too! I've been able to give it up easier than I thought though...I still attend parties but I have water, club soda or MAYBE a glass of red wine...It's the damn tequilla or Jaeger that always gets me! :)

Yes they are, even cooler when you get them for your 16th B-day! I plan on getting myself one someday. When my grandfather passed away he gave me his 57 fairlane, definitely not a muscle car, but I love all the oldies :) Thanks, I look at the pic as jump start in the right direction. The Growl? Not really, its just my mean face. =]
