Background

When I Started: Sep 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I always did some workouts and weight training for high school sports, then for military training and PT. When I went to Iraq we didnt have anywhere to run, so we used a crappy weight set to keep in shape, and I really enjoyed it. So Ive begun to pursue a bigger, stronger frame.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I look better, I am stronger, and I have something to focus on.
