How I Started:
I was in Boxing and MMA but I stared working out because I feel so great after a work out.
Why I Love It:
I am Starting to get more interested in bodybuilding now everytime i see someone big or strong or with a good physique I just want to have that for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a baby coming on the way and i want to be able to play sports with him when he and I are older that keeps me motivated.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?

8:00 10 egg whites with instant oatmeal
8:30 preworkout 40 gram protein shake
11:00 postworkout shake 40 gram
12:30 can of tunafish sandwich
2:30 salad or bowl of vector cereal
4:30-5:00 pm chicken breast
7:00 Pm (before bed) 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese and baby carrotsright now

good choice of bcaa's and biox protein, we sell a ton of those at my store. keep up the hard work and you'll loose those 20lbs for summer. ever need help, just drop a line. peace
