To have a balance between built and shredded. I know in my mind what I am underneath this temporary fat suit that I am wearing. Bodyweight in the high 160's to low 180's with my bodyfat in the single digits.
My main goal right now is to nail my diet down and to get with a solid routine that I like and see results from.
I also want to lose 15 pounds of fat and put 15 pounds of muscle back on.
