When I Started:
How I Started: i got started in lifting to fill time during the day and to try getting a little "bigger". then it turned from a hobbie to a passion when i got to college. Now i love every minute at the gym and think about it when im not there.
Why I Love It: Same reason everyone loves working out, the results. But on top of that, you feel good about everything after you lift.
How I Stay Motivated: Staying motivated is easy. First of all its what im going to school for now, and secondly there is no negative sides to working out, if your smart about what your doing.
BB Accomplishments: generally just happy with the change in my body composition. Specifically, i brought my deadlift up from 345 to 405 in 3 months

this is where i ended up after a couple months of mass bulkings. it also marks the starting line of my summer cutting program which is 6 weeks long starting may 14th. i'll put some 1/2 progress pics and see how its going
