How I Started:
My dad used to read copied of mens health magazine and i used to pick them up and think, dam i wanna look like those guys. This inspired me to start training!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get after a work out and i also love the social part of going to the gym. In a way its a way of life. I love seeing how far my body will physicaly go and i think it's amazing how you can change the shape of yourself.

Looking back at how i looked before i started training.

Goal (Long):
I want to start a fitness modeling career and my first goal is to appear in mens health magazine. I am going to enter the 2009 cover model competion. I generally want to maintain the shape i am in whilst making small improvments.
As for the help thank you mate, i hope you dont mind me adding you to my friends list. I find encouragment from mates is very important along with the hard work that one puts into forming them body to their maximum results such as you have attained, thank you much.
