I've been in country for a month or so, by the time I leave I want to be a different looking person!
Goal (Long):
The Military has done me good and bad. I'm normally stationed in Colorado Springs and working out there is soooo difficult. When I run or do any exercises I feel as if I'm going to die due to the altitude. I've used that as an excuse for the last 2yrs! No more!! I'm so disgusted with how I look and feel! I'm more motivated than ever to get in the best shape of my life while I'm over here in the sandbox! I want to look and feel great! I've already taken the first few steps (from the many) in the right direction. I just hope I can stay motivated!
I've known Dave for a while now. He's laid back and cool as hell! In the gym he's a monster! Not one to talk down to anyone and thats what makes him great! I'd love one day to look like him! HOOAH

about time you deploy again. i was home for 3 months went NCOA, came back from there for 3 months and was out the door for 7 months. i have only been back for less than 2 months
