How I Started: Started working out with my bosses the first of this year and when i return from the road i decided to get serius about working
Why I Love It: This is the only thing i know of that you cant buy with money is a good body because it take alot of dedication and hard work
How I Stay Motivated: Every time i gain some strength whether it be a pound or five pounds or some weight i let it fire me up and keep me coming back for more. Beside the gym is my own personal playground.
BB Accomplishments: so far major wise ive add over one hundred pounds to my bench
