How I Started:
Started working out with my bosses the first of this year and when i return from the road i decided to get serius about working
Why I Love It:
This is the only thing i know of that you cant buy with money is a good body because it take alot of dedication and hard work
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time i gain some strength whether it be a pound or five pounds or some weight i let it fire me up and keep me coming back for more. Beside the gym is my own personal playground.

so far major wise ive add over one hundred pounds to my bench
