24 GM ON whey and 23 gm ON Casien with 2.5 gm CEE and 5 gm Glutamine

I had a dinner meeting until about 8:15 tonight. Snuck in to kiss the kids good night and then out to the 96degree garage to hit shoulders and forearms. I continued my dumbbell focus with DB shoulder press seated up to 5 by 8 for the last two sets.  Then rear delt raises pronated grip,...

thanks for the comments man.. yea those long work days suck.. i think what is more hard on me and my body is that one of my jobs is from 12am-8am!! yea I got a graveyard shift, really messes with my head. You're looking good though, and your arms are looking huge.. take care!

I got my Power Hooks. Arrived yesterday. I had a little test run and aside from the safety aspect, they're really useful as you have the weight 'pre loaded', meaning you don't have to haul them into position or drop them to your sides and risk injury. Good luck with them.

4 years old a wonderful age :) enjoy it, it goes so fast. I have an 11 and 13 year old. My son the 13 year old has to stoop over to give me a hug don’t know when they got so big. Take care.
